与其说斯特林堡的《朱丽小姐》是"自然主义"杰作,毋宁说它是一个女性主义批评的标本。其中早期的女权主义者朱丽小姐母女的形象被妖魔化了,她们被塑造成人性扭曲、行为失控的歇斯底里的"坏女人",最终被镇压被唾弃,精神分裂,走向毁灭。这两个形象实际上掺杂着作者对女性,特别是对接受女权思想影响的女性的偏见和厌恶,这与作者个人经历有关,同时更表现出父权制意识形态对其创作的重大影响。

J.A.Strindberg＇s Miss Julie is rather a representative of feminist criticism than a masterpiece of naturalism.The early images of Miss Julie and her mother were demonized and were described as bad women who had twisted human nature and out-ofcontrol behavior.They were finally repressed and disgusted,which resulted in their mental dissociation and ruin.These two characters actually displays writer＇s prejudice and hatred to women especially those who are affected by feminism.This literature indicates not only the writer＇s personal experience but also the great influence of patriarchy ideology.
