我国农村微型企业SWOT战略分析——以湖南桃江县为例

SWOT Strategy Analysis on Rural Micro Enterprises in China——Hunan Taojiang County as An Example

农村微型企业是发展当地经济和"三农"建设的一支重要力量。通过对湖南桃江县农村微型企业发展现状进行实地调查和文献查阅,分析了当地农村微型企业发展的优势、劣势、机会和挑战,并提出了相应的发展战略,旨在为我国农村微型企业的发展提供一些参考建议。

Rural micro enterprise is a great force to develop local economy and the ＂three＂ construction of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Through the present situation investigation and literature review of microenterprise development in the countryside of Taojiang in Hunan,this paper analyses of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of local rural microenterprise development,and puts forward the corresponding development strategies,which is designed to provide some reference suggestions for China＇s Rural Micro enterprise development.
