Using System Theory to Strengthen the Control of Teaching Quality

摘要 目前企业"用工荒"和职业院校"招生难"并存的现象,实际上是职业院校毕业生与企业人才需求不相适应,其实质是职业院校的教学质量问题。本文根据系统论原理,具体分析了学校内部决策、管理、实施、信息、物质和督导诸要素在提高教学质量中的作用,提出实行整体优化,确保教学质量,以质量求生存,以质量促发展。 At present there is a coexisting phenomenon of "labor shortage" of the enterprise and and "hard enrollment" in vocational colleges.In fact,vocational college graduates and enterprise talents demand do not adapt.Its essence is the quality problems in the teaching of vocational colleges.According to the principle of system theory,this paper analyzes the role of various factors in improving teaching quality such as the school internal decision-making and management,the supervision of the implementation,information,material and supervision.In this paper the implementation of the overall optimization is put forward to ensure the teaching quality,strive for the survival by the quality,and promote development with quality.
