摘要
地下水不仅是水资源的重要组成部分,而且对于我国供水安全还具有特别重要的战略意义。主要体现在两个方面,首先是供水的战略意义,地下水对于我国的供水安全不可或缺;其次是抗旱减灾的战略意义,地下水对于我国的抗旱减灾作用无可替代。分析了我国地下水开发利用中存在的问题对抗旱减灾的影响,基于提高抗旱减灾工作成效的考虑,提出加强地下水资源管理保护的对策建议。
Groundwater, an essential resource of water, plays an important role in both water supply security and drought relief in China. This paper systematically reviews the common problems during groundwater resource development, such as groundwater overdraft and pollution, and analyzes the adverse impact of these problems to the drought relief. The countermeasures and suggestions for groundwater management are proposed.
