摘要
讨论了 3Cr13不锈钢在含有添加剂的低浓度铬酐 硫酸溶液中 ,进行化学着色处理的工艺和各种添加剂对表面着色的影响。结果表明 :铬酐含量可降至 60～ 80g/L ,并根据着色时间的不同获得多种色彩的着色外观。着色膜层耐候性、耐磨性优良。
The chemical coloring of 3Cr13 stainless steel in low CrO 3 H 2SO 4 solution with additive was investigated.The effects of additive on coloring were discussed.It was shown that CrO 3 content in the coloring solution could be reduced to 60～80 g/L.The performances of the film were favorable.
