多囊卵巢综合征患者血脂联素、瘦素、血脂与胰岛素抵抗的相关研究

Relationship between adionnectin,lepin,serum lipid and insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的:研究多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血脂联素、瘦素和血糖、血脂水平与胰岛素抵抗的相关研究。方法:将45例PCOS患者分为胰岛素抵抗组(25例)和非胰岛素抵抗组(20例),并选取非PCOS患者30例作为对照组。测定血脂联素、胰岛素、瘦素、血糖和血脂含量并进行相关分析。结果:PCOS胰岛素抵抗组和非胰岛素抵抗组血脂联素、高密度脂蛋白含量明显低于对照组的血脂联素含量,且胰岛素抵抗组明显低于非胰岛素抵抗组(P<0.05),而PCOS胰岛素抵抗组和非胰岛素低抗组血清瘦素、胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白水平明显高于对照组水平,胰岛素抵抗组明显高于非胰岛素抵抗组(P<0.05);PCOS患者血脂联素、高密度脂蛋白水平与胰岛素呈显著负相关,瘦素、胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白与胰岛素含量呈正相关,而血糖含量在3组之间无明显差异。结论:PCOS患者血脂联素水平降低,与胰岛素抵抗呈负相关,血脂和瘦素水平升高,与胰岛素抵抗成正相关。

Objective： To explore the correlation of leptin, serum glucose, lipid and adiponectin with insulin resistance （IR） in women with polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） . Methods： 45 PCOS patients were divided into IR and non- IR groups, and 30 controls were studied. Serum adiponectin, leptin, insulin, blood glucose and lipid were measured. Results： The level of adiponectin and high density lipoprotein in women with PCOS were significantly lower than those of control group, and IR group were lower than those of non - IR group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . But the level of leptin, triglyceride, cholestrol low density lipoprotein were significantly higher than those of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The levels of serum insulin in PCOS patients were negatively correlated with adiponectin and high density lipoprotein, and pos- itively correlated with leptin, tiglyceride, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein. Conclusion： The level of adiponectin is decreased in PCOS patients, negatively correlated with insulin. And the level of serum lipid, leptin are increased, positively correlated with insulin.
