摘要
近几年新兴市场经济体持续发展,在全球经济中担当重要的资源配置角色的新兴市场企业日益成为学术界和企业界关注的焦点。随着经济全球化进程中资源约束的日益增强,在全民倡导低碳经济环境下,企业建立独特竞争优势,特别是绿色独特竞争优势,是企业顺应经济全球化和可持续发展的必然趋势和选择。过去的很多文献在研究企业的可持续发展时,要么只考虑企业的内部资源因素,要么只要考虑外部制度因素,很少有将二者结合起来探讨企业的可持续发展战略。文章基于传统的资源基础观和组织学习理论,结合制度理论,并以中国移动集团为例,分析了企业建立绿色独特竞争优势在追求可持续发展中获取组织合法性过程中的重要性,并深入分析了新兴市场跨国公司在全球资源日益受到约束的情况下,建立绿色竞争优势的机制。
Recently,emerging market economies are growing fast.The companies from emerging markets,taking important roles in global resources allocation,thus are becoming the focus in academic and business circles.With the strengthening resource constraints in the process of economic globalization and mass engagement in low carbon economy,to build up firm special advantages,especially green firm special advantages is the necessary tendency and choice for firms in pursuing sustained development.Most of the existent literature on sustained development only focuses on the companies’ internal factors,or only on external institutional factors to analyze the sustained development model.There is a dearth of research combining the two together for further discussion.This paper bases on the traditional resource based review and organizational learning,integrating theories of institution to explore the importance of green firm special advantages in achieving organizational legitimacy for sustained development.Taking China Mobile as the case,it also analyzes the mechanism of constructing green co
