职教师资本科学生的专业信念调查报告——以浙师大旅游管理与服务教育专业为例 被引量:1

A Survey of the Professional Belief for Undergraduate Students Majored in Vocational Education——Taking the Major of Tourism Management and Service Education in Zhejiang Normal University as an Example

摘要 为了了解当前高等职教师资本科学生的专业信念,研究者以浙师大旅游管理与服务教育专业学生为调查对象,通过问卷调查和访谈,对样本群体的专业信念现状进行了全面的观察收集,调查结果显示,当前的大学生专业信念存在着专业信念缺失、学习态度不积极、对专业的认识不全面等方面的问题。我们认为,要有效地提高当代大学生的专业信念,需要从设置更优的专业学习课程、营造尊重与重视此专业的氛围、加强专业实践等入手,这样才能有的放矢,让学生的专业学习建立在坚实的专业信念基础上。 In order to understand the professional beliefs of the tourism management and service education-majored undergraduate students, through a questionnaire survey and interviews, the authors observed and analyzed the current status thoroughly of the samples' professional beliefs with taking students in Zhejiang Normal University as the survey objects. Survey results show that there are common phenomena existing in the current undergraduate students, such as loss of professional beliefs, negative learning attitude, and incomplete professional knowledge, etc.. We believe that, to effectively enhance the professional beliefs of the contemporary college students, we need to set better professional course of study, create an atmosphere of respecting and valuing to the major, as well as enhance the professional practice. Only in this way can the students have a definite objective and base their professional learning on a solid professional belief.
