介绍了在国产装置上通过对影响产品质量的主要因素进行对比试验和工艺的优化,开发生产出2100dtexPA6纤维.找到了最佳工艺,并得出侧吹风风速及其分布的稳定和拉伸机皮压辊的工况是制约产品质量好坏的关键.
By optimizing process, 2100dtex PA6 fiber has been produced by domestic machine. The influence of some factors such as lateral blowing speed and its distribution, the condition of cot roll on the product quality is discussed in this paper.
