摘要 永磁磁通切换电机兼具开关磁阻电机转子结构简单坚固和永磁同步电机功率密度高的优点。分析比较了传统12/10结构的磁通切换电机和6种容错电机拓扑的电磁性能和容错性能,包括磁链、反电动势、输出转矩、定位力矩和电感。分析了单层绕组、永磁体个数、定转子极数和隔磁齿对电机电磁性能和容错性能的影响。研究结果可为磁通切换电机的优化和磁通切换电机在高可靠应用场合的进一步应用提供借鉴。 Compared with the switched reluctance machine and the traditional rotor-PM machine, the flux-switching permanent magnet motor (FSPM) has simple and robust structure and high torque density. Conventional 12/10 FSPM and six fault-tolerant topologies have been compared by 2-D finite element analyses, in terms of output torque, flux-linkage, back EMF, and induct- ance. The effects on electromagnetic performance and fault-tolerant capability of single-layer windings, the PM volume, different combinations of rotor and stator poles and fault-tolerance tooth are analyzed. The results provide reference for further application of FSPM in harsh environments.
