摘要
选取 CO、CO2 在铜基甲醇合成催化剂上的平行反应为研究对象 ,以 CO和 CO2 为关键组分 ,用修正的双重孔模型求取有效扩散系数 ,进而由 Kjaer近似解法求得 CO、CO2 的效率因子 ,分析了孔结构参数对效率因子的影响 ,得出了最适宜比表面范围。用工业实际生产条件验证双重孔模型是否适用于计算多组分反应体系的内扩散效率因子 ,结果表明 :双重孔模型能够应用于多组分气 -固催化复合反应体系。
The synthesis of the methanol with the presence of Cu based catalysts was investigated in this paper. The hydrogenation reactions both of CO and CO 2 were selected as key reactions for this type of multiple reaction systems. The effects of the pore structure parameters of the catalysts on the effectiveness factors were analyzed. The effective diffusion coefficients were calculated by a random pore model, and the effectiveness factors of the catalysts, ζ co and ζ co 2 , were obtained by the Kjaer's simplified method. Moreover, the most suitable range of the specific surfaces of the catalysts was also given in this investigation. The data given from the commercial processes were used to check whether the proposed random pore model could be used in this multiple reaction systems. The results demonstrated the proposed model was valid. [WT5HZ]
