摘要 研究 2 ,6-萘二甲酸甲酯化反应过程 ,筛选出适宜的反应催化剂 ,并对钼酸铵为催化剂时的反应过程进行正交试验 ,确定最佳反应条件为反应温度 1 90℃ ,催化剂用量 1 % ,反应时间 0 .5h,液固配比 6∶ 1 ,此条件下反应转化率可达 95.0 3%。 The prcess of synthesis of the dimethyl 2,6 naphthalene dicaboxylate from the esterification of the 2,6 naphthalene dicarboxylic acid by the methanol was studied. By comparison of ten kinds of esterification catalysts, the ammonium molybdate and sodium tungstate were chosen as proper catalysts for this reaction. The orthogonal tests of the esterification reaction using the ammonium molybdate as catalysts were be carried out. The optimum reaction conditions were reaction temperature 190℃, mass percent of catalyst 1%, reaction time 0.5 h, mass ratio of methanol to 2,6 NDCA 6∶1, the reaction conversion at this condition was 95.03%.
