摘要 对于气固相氢氟化反应制备七氟丙烷的催化剂 ,进行了系统的研究。采用浸渍法制备催化剂 ,当催化活性组分 A为载体的 8.5%~ 1 0 % ,组分 C2 为 1 .0 %~ 2 .5%、二者之和为 1 1 %时 ,达到了较佳的催化性能 ,将其应用于由六氟丙烯制备七氟丙烷时 ,在反应温度≥ 2 1 0℃时 ,粗品气中的 F- 2 2 7含量≥ 98.5%。 A kind of catalysts for preparing the 2H heptafluoropropane (F 227) by the hydrofluorinaton in a gas solid phase reaction system was studied in detail. The catalyst was prepared after the active component was infused in carrier, and then the infused carrier was treated by a serial steps of processes. If the quantity of the active component A was 8.5%~10% (w/w) on the carrier, the component C 2 was 1.0%~2.5%, and the total amount of then was 11%, the catalyst would perform best. When the above catalyst is used for preparing F 227 from the perfluoropropene and HF, the F 227 content in the crude gas could reach≥98.5% even at 210℃. [WT5HZ]
