C_(18)-硅胶的原位合成及其作为常压层析介质在紫杉醇分离纯化中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 以氯铂酸为催化剂 ,采用原位法合成了造价低廉、性能稳定的 C1 8-反相层析介质。考察了原位法第二步反应中催化剂、反应时间及反应温度等对介质合成的影响。将合成的 C1 8-硅胶应用于紫杉醇的常压层析提纯 ,可使紫杉醇的纯度从 2 7%提高到 95%以上 ,回收率大于 90 %。 C 18 silica gel was prepared in situ using a catalyst of H 2PtC l6 . It was found that it was cheap and highly effective to be used as a medium. In the second reaction step of its preparation, the factors affecting the synthesis of gel, including the kinds of the catalysts, the reaction temperature, and the reaction time were studied. The C 18 silica gel was used as a stationary phase of normal pressure chromatography to separate and purify taxol. The purity of taxol was elevated from 27% to more than 95% with recovery more than 90%. [WT5HZ]
