摘要
药品说明书的基本作用是指导医务人员及患者安全、合理地使用药品。本文在研究药品说明书的意义与内容的基础上,围绕药品说明书中关于"遵医嘱"内容展开讨论,指出"遵医嘱"扩大化所存在的法律风险并提出相应的对策。
The basic purpose of a package insert is to guide the safe and effective use of the medicine. Based on the research of the content and value of package inserts, this paper tends to discuss the potential legal risks of the magnification of ＂following the doctor＇s advice＂ in the package inserts and suggests the countermeasures.
