摘要
用酚醛树脂 (PF)对NR/NBR共混物改性 ,研究了线型PF与就地形成的交联PF对共混物性能的影响。结果表明 ,交联PF与NBR有很好的相容性 ,并使共混物在0℃的tanδ得到大幅度提高 ,60℃的略有增加 ,表明改性后共混物可获得较好的抗湿滑性能。
Different kinds of phenolformaldehyde resins were used to modify NR/NBR blends. The result showed that the effect of crosslinked PF was superior to that of the linear PF. Dynamic mechanical analysis of the blends showed the crosslinked PF was compatible with NBR phase. The addition of crosslinked PF increased the tan δ value of NR/NBR blends in 0 ℃ more than that in 60 ℃. The blends had good wet skid resistance.
