PVDF中空纤维膜的制备及冷拉伸处理对其性能的影响

摘要 用干-湿纺丝法制备聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维膜,用万能拉力仪进行冷拉伸处理,分别拉伸0.9、1.2、1.5、1.8倍。研究拉伸前后的中空纤维膜的纯水通量、牛血清白蛋白(BSA)通量衰减、孔隙率等基本性能,用电镜观察膜的表面形貌,用万能拉力仪测试膜的力学性能,用红外光谱仪分析膜内的晶体结构。结果显示,拉伸会影响中空纤维膜的基本性能及表面形貌。拉伸1.8倍为最佳拉伸倍数,此法可简易制得性能良好的高通量微孔膜。 In this paper, PVDF hollow fiber microfiltration membrane was prepared with dry-wet spinning technique. Then the PVDF hollow fiber mierofiltration membrane was treated with stretching process, stretch ratio was O. 9, 1.2, 1.5, 1.8, respectively. The effect of stretching process on the basic properties such as water flux, rejection rate and porosity were discussed. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and tensile testing machine were Used to characterize the morphological changes and mechanical properties. By means of attenuated total reflection-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, the crystal structures were discussed. The results indicated the best stretching ratio was 1.8 times. This kind of technique could be used to prepare high flux PVDF hollow fiber microfiltration membrane expediently.
