摘要
以能之光新研发的高效相容剂600A与丙烯腈-丁二烯一苯乙烯接枝马来酸酐(ABS’-—MAH)、聚烯烃-g-MAH以及甲基丙烯酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(MBS)作为聚碳酸酯(Pc)/ABS合金的相容剂进行了应用对比分析,研究了各类相容剂不同添加量对合金材料力学,外观等性能的影响。结果表明:相对于其他相容剂,600A由于其特殊的多组分体系协同效应,在添加量为1.5%时就能表现出优异相容增韧效果,大大节省了成本。
In this study, it studied various kinds of compatibilizers (600A, ABS-g-MAH, polyolefin-g-MAH and MBS) on polycarbonate (PC) /acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) alloy and studied the effect of different content of compatibilizers on the mechanical properties and appearance of PC/ABS. It showed that compared to other compatibilizers, 600A had the most excellent toughening effect with the same dosage 1.5% and finally save the cost greatly, this maybe because of synergistic effect of its special multi-component system.
