摘要
利用Moldflow对变径管进行“流动+冷却+翘曲”模拟分析并结合正交实验分析了模具温度、熔体温度、充填时间、保压压力、保压时间工艺参数对变径管翘曲变形的影响,得到最佳注塑工艺参数组合。利用Moldflow验证最佳参数组合对翘曲的影响,对指导模具设计和生产提供依据,缩短模具开发周期,降低生产成本,提高注塑产品的质量。
The optimizing injection parameters such as, melt temperature, packing time, packing pressure, filling time and mold temperature were gained from the orthogonal experiment, by analyzing the warp effect on variable-diameter tube through Moldflow software under the " Flowing + Cooling + Warp" model. The optimizing injection parameters were proved by Moldflow and they will offer reference for designing and producing mold, shorten the cycle of developing mold, decreased the cost, increased the quality of products.
