摘要
介绍了正交设计在电刷研制中的应用。通过对试验数据的分析，找出了最佳配方方案。实验证明，按该方案研制的电刷，符合电机对电刷的使用要求，达到了预定目标。
The application of orthogonal design method in the research of the electric brush was introduced. The best prescription was found out by orthogonal tests data. The experiment results proved that this kind of brush accorded with the electric machine demands.
