Study on Preparing Dimethyl β-methyl Pentadecanedioate

本文研究了以α ,ω -十二烷二酸、β -甲基戊二酸为原料经酯化、电解等工艺制备麝香酮的重要中间体 β -甲基十五烷二酸双甲酯的方法 ,产品的总收率达 82 %。

A synthetic method of dimethyl β-methyl pentadecanedioate which is an important inter mediate of DL-muskone was studied.In the first step dodecanedioic acid and β-methyl pentanedioic acid were esterified with methanol respectively.In the second step the electrolysis of the esters was carried out together.The yield of final product was 82%(The purity was 95%).
