Designing the Subjective Evaluation Program for the Image Quality of Railtway Integrated Video Surveillance System

基于铁路综合视频监控系统图像质量评价的需求,参考国家标准、国际标准,设计了一套基于双刺激连续质量标度法的主观评价方案。主观评价方案从试验环境、试验序列、评价人员、评价方案、试验过程、分值的分析与统计等6个方面提出详细要求,是一套操作性很强的铁路综合视频监控系统视频图像质量主观评价方案。

Based on the demand for image quality evaluation of the Railway Integrated Video Surveillance System, referring to the national standards and the international standards, the authors design a subjective evaluation pro- gram on the basis of double-stimulus continuous quality scale method. This program puts forward some detailed re- quirements from the aspects of test environment, test sequence, evaluate]s, evaluation program, test process, score analysis and statistics. This evaluation program has a good operability for the subjective evaluation of image quality of Railway Integrated Video Surveillance System.
