电气化铁路金属模锻绝缘子钢帽的研制

摘要 通过改进电气化铁路接触网瓷绝缘子钢帽的连接结构,采用金属模锻工艺,利用先进的锻造技术和数控加工技术,对瓷绝缘子钢帽进行金属挤压模锻成型,再经过数控机械加工,得到性能和质量均高于铸造成型的瓷绝缘子钢帽,从而达到提高现有高速电气化铁路接触网运行安全的性能要求。 By improving the connection structure of the steel cap of the porcelain insulator in electrified railway overhead contact system, by adopting metal forging process, with the use of the leading state-of-the-art forging technology and CNC machining technology, mold for the steel cap of porcelain insulator is gained by metal extrusion forging, then through CNC machining process new steel cap of porcelain insulator is got which has better perfor- mance and quality than that manufactured by casting. Finally, the requirement of improving the operation safety of high-speed railway overhead contact system can be met.
