响应面法优化超声波提取甘蔗皮多酚的工艺条件 被引量:18

Optimization of Ultrasound-assisted Extraction of Phenolic Compounds from Sugarcane Skin by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 为得到超声波法提取甘蔗皮多酚的最佳工艺条件,在单因素试验的基础上,选择溶剂浓度、料液比、超声波温度、超声波时间为自变量,多酚得率为响应值,采用响应面分析法,研究各变量交互作用及其对多酚得率的影响,模拟得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型。甘蔗皮多酚的超声波最佳提取工艺:乙醇浓度11.3 mol/L,料液比14 mL/g,超声波温度61℃,超声波时间31 min,此条件下甘蔗皮多酚得率8.67%,预测值8.83%。验证试验结果表明该模型的预测准确率达98.19%。 The experiment is designed to get the optimum technological extraction conditions of phenol in sugarcane skin by ultrasonic method. Based on the single factor experiments, the effect of solvent concentration, solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic temperature and extraction time on phenol yield rate were studied respectively as well as their interaction by response surface analysis. The results demonstrated that the optimum conditions for extracting phenolic compounds from sugarcane skin were 14-fold volume of 11.3 mol/L aqueous ethanol solution, ultrasonic temperature of 61 ℃ and extraction time of 31 min. Under these optimum conditions, the yield rate of phenols was 8.67%, which, compared with the predicted value of 8.83% according to the model, indicating that the prediction accuracy was 98.19%.
