摘要
研究了以甲苯为溶剂、二丁基氧化锡为催化剂,对羟基苯甲酰胺发生脱水反应制备对羟基苯甲腈。考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间和溶剂用量等因素对羟基苯甲腈反应收率的影响,结果表明,二丁基氧化锡用量为0.125g、反应温度为120℃、反应时间为8h、甲苯用量为40mL时,对羟基苯甲腈的收率为89.21%。并通过熔点及红外光谱对产品进行了表征。
p-Hydroxybenzonitrile was synthesized from p-hydroxybenzenemethanamide in toluene by dehydrate reaction using Bu2SnO as the catalyst.The influences of the amount of Bu2SnO,the reaction temperature,the reaction time and the amount of toluene on the yield of target compounds were investigated.The resultshowedthatthe yieldsoftarget compoundscouldbereached to89.21% withBu2SnO0.125g,reaction temperature 120℃,reaction time 8h,toluene 40mL.In addition,the product was characterized by melting point,IR.
