An Improved Method of Loss Calculation for Two-level IGBT Converters

摘要 功率器件的导通和开关特性对温度较为敏感,计算损耗时应综合考虑结温和散热条件因素。文章通过Matlab循环调用功率器件损耗计算程序和ANSYS温度场计算程序,以实现二电平变频器损耗的精确计算。该方法可为功率器件损耗的准确计算和散热器的优化设计提供依据。 Temperature is a sensitive factor to the conducting and switching characteristics of power device, so the effects of junction temperature and cooling condition must be taken into consideration when calculating power losses. Precious calculation of losses for two-level converters is realized by calling loss calculation procedure and temperature field calculation program on ANSYS in a circular manner with Matlab. This method can improve the accuracy of loss calculation and it can be a reference for the optimal design of heat sink.
