摘要
目的:比较全国不同来源黄芪中总皂苷含量。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定黄芪总皂苷含量,以黄芪甲苷为对照品,测定波长为541 nm。结果:全国黄芪总皂苷平均含量为20.18 mg·g-1,蒙古黄芪总皂苷平均含量为21.06 mg·g-1,膜荚黄芪总皂苷平均含量为19.37 mg·g-1;野生黄芪药材总皂苷平均含量为21.33 mg·g-1,人工种植黄芪药材总皂苷平均含量为19.06 mg·g-1,半野生栽培黄芪药材总皂苷平均含量为18.97 mg·g-1。结论:不同来源黄芪药材总皂苷含量具有明显差异。
Objective: To investigate the contents of astragali total saponins (ATS) in Astraglus among different origins. Methods: They are measured by the method of ultraviolet spectrophotometry, Astragaloside IV was used as index,the test wavelength was 416 nm. Results: The ATS average content of the whole country was 20. 18 mg'g-1,the ATS content in astragali radix from A. membranaceus( Fisch. )Bge. var. mongholicus( Bge. )Hsiao was 21.06 mg'g-1, from A. membranaceus ( Fisch. ) Bge. was 19.37 tug. g- ~, the content of ATS in wild, cultured, semi-wild samples were 21.33,19. 06 and 18.97 mg'g-1 respectively. Conclusion: The contents of ATS in Astragalus among different habitats have obvious difference.
