益心舒胶囊治疗心绞痛的临床观察

Clinical observation on treatment of angina pectoris with Yixinshu Capsules

目的观察益心舒胶囊治疗心绞痛的临床疗效。方法纳入2011年1月～2011年12月承德市中心医院诊断心绞痛患者197例，随机分为对照组（n=98）和治疗组（n=99），对照组服用硝酸异山梨酯片（消心痛）10 mg（tid），治疗组在对照组基础上联合益心舒胶囊3粒（tid），疗程2个月。观察治疗前后心绞痛发作情况、血压和心率变化以及心电图改变情况，记录益心舒胶囊治疗心绞痛的有效率及在治疗期间出现的不良反应（包括头痛、头晕及全身皮肤改变等）。结果治疗组心绞痛治疗有效率高于对照组（95.96%vs.73.47%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。经过治疗后，两组心率[（73.6±6.2）次/分vs.（75.8±6.1）次/分]、血压[收缩压（SBP）：（137.8±19.4）mmHg vs.（136.8±18.9）mmHg；舒张压（DBP）：（84.5±11.7）mmHg vs.（83.6±11.8）mmHg]均无统计学差异（P＜0.05），且均未见不良反应。结论益心舒胶囊可提高心绞痛治疗效果，且安全性良好。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Yixinshu Capsules on angina pectoris （AP）. Methods The patients （n=197） with AP were chosen from the Central Hospital of Chengde City from Jan. 2011 to Dec. 2011, and then randomly divided into control group （n=98） and treatment group （n=99）. The control group was given isosorbide dinitrate tablets （Xioaxintong, 10 mg/tid） and treatment group was additionally given Yixinshu Capsules （3 capsules/tid） for two months. The attack of AP and changes of blood pressure, heart rate and electrocardiogram （ECG） were observed before and after treatment. The occurrence of adverse events （including headache, dizziness and changes of whole body skin） was recorded during treatment. The standard of curative effect was set as AP symptoms disappeared, attack frequency of AP reduced by 50%and AP grades reduced over 1 grade or ST segment of ECG rose again equaled to or over 0.5 mV. Results The curative effect on AP was higher in treatment group than that in control group （95.96%vs. 73.47%, P〈0.01）. There were no statistical differences （P〉0.05） in heart rate [（73.6± 6.2） times/min vs. （75.8±6.1） times/min] and blood pressure [SBP：（137.8±19.4） mmHg vs. （136.8±18.9） mmHg, DBP：（84.5±11.7） mmHg vs. （83.6±11.8） mmHg] between two groups. There were no adverse reactions observed. Conclusion Yixinshu Capsules can improve the curative effect on AP with higher safety.
