中国内蒙准格尔地区人群血脂水平调查研究

A survey on blood fat level status in people group in Zhungeer area of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

目的了解内蒙准格尔地区人群总胆固醇（TC）和甘油三酯（TG）水平和分布特点，为该地区血脂异常相关疾病的防治提供依据。方法采用年龄分层方法，将准格尔旗2007年体检居民中，按年龄分为（18～25）岁、（26～34）岁、（35～44）岁、（45～54）岁、（55～64）岁和65岁以上组，分析人群TC和TG水平随年龄变化特点及性别差异。结果共纳入18岁以上人群31613例，其中男性12833例，女性18780例。男性高TC血症和高TG血症的发生率分别为20.21%和23.31%，女性则分别为18.35%和27.97%。男性高TC血症发病率从26岁起随年龄增长而增加，（55~64）岁组患病率最高，而后下降；高TG血症则在（26~34）岁组发生率最高，而后逐渐下降；女性高TC血症和高TG血症的发生率随年龄增长不断增加，在55岁以上的人群中患病率最高。结论男性高TC血症和高TG血症的发生率高于女性，且男性血脂异常的年轻化较明显，女性则以中老年妇女为主。

Objective To get to know the levels and distribution characteristics of total cholesterol （TC） and triglyceride （TG） in people group in the Zhungeer area of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and provide the evidence for preventing and treating the diseases related to abnormal blood fat. Methods By using age stratification, the residents with physical examinations in the Zhungeer area were divided into 18-25 group, 26-34 group, 35-44 group, 45-54 group, 55-64 group and over 65 group according to their age and gender. The change characteristics and sex difference of TC and TG were analyzed. Results There were totally 31 613 cases over 18 years old （male 12 833 and female 18 780）. The incidence of hypertriglyceridemia was 20.21%in the male and 18.35%in the female, and that of hypercholesterolemia was 27.97%in the male and 23.31%in the female. Compared with the female, the incidences of hypercholesterolemia and hypertriglyceridemia increased significantly in 18-25 group and 26-34 group in the male. The incidences of hypercholesterolemia and hypertriglyceridemia in the female had an increasing trend with aging in 18-25 group and 55-64 group. The incidence of hypercholesterolemia in the male had a decreasing trend after 34 years old but it was still over 20%. Conclusion The percentage of hypercholesterolemia and hypertriglyceridemia is higher in the people group in the Zhungeer area, and the people with abnormal blood fat are trending younger.
