起搏通道调控外周神经疼痛的机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 运用大鼠幸免神经损伤模型和电生理膜片钳技术,研究了HCN通道在外周神经疼痛中的作用机制.发现疼痛组大鼠DRG神经元上的HCN通道兴奋性显著增强,注射ZD7288可有效抑制这种变化. In this study, we used the spared nerve injury model and patch-clamp technol- ogy, studied the mechanisms of pacemaker channel on regulating peripheral neuropathic pain. Our results showed that the HCN channel excitability in the pain group rats DRG neurons significantly increased. Injecting with ZD7288 can block this effect.
