钢筋网间距对拔出法检测纤维砂浆加固薄层强度影响的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用5种强度等级和3种钢筋网间距的聚乙烯醇纤维水泥砂浆试件进行后装拔出试验,将试验数据进行对比和回归分析,研究纤维砂浆强度与拔出力的关系以及不同钢筋网间距对拔出力的影响。选用圆环支承式装置进行试验,结果表明:在采用后装拔出法进行聚乙烯醇纤维水泥砂浆强度检测时,拔出力与其抗压强度呈良好的线性关系;当钢筋网间距为50 mm×50 mm时钢筋网对拔出力大小有明显影响;当钢筋网间距大于75mm×75mm时钢筋网对拔出力的影响可以忽略不计。 A post-install pull-out experiment was carried out on polyvinyl alcohol fiber-engineered cementitious composite specimens of five strength levels with three types of steel mesh spacing.Through comparison of experimental data and regression analysis,the relationship between the fiber mortar intensity and pull-out force,and the effect of different steel mesh spacings on the pull-out force were studied.A circle bracing device was used in this experiment.The results show that there was a significant linear correlation between the post-install pull-out force and the compressive strength of the polyvinyl alcohol fiber-engineered cementitious composite.The steel mesh had a noticeable effect on the pull-out force when the steel mesh spacing was 50 mm×50 mm,while it had an insignificant effect on the pull-out force when the steel mesh spacing was 75 mm × 75 mm.
