摘要
目的研究EB病毒感染患儿免疫功能及其与临床表现和严重度的关系。方法用流式细胞仪分别对22例EB病毒感染相关性噬血细胞综合征(EBV-AHLH)和46例传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)患儿外周血淋巴细胞CD4、CD8、CD19、CD56和CD16进行检测。结果与对照组相比,IM组患儿CD4+T细胞和CDl9+B细胞比例下降,CD8+T细胞比例升高,CDl6+CD56+NK无明显变化;EBV-AHLH患儿CD4+T细胞下降和CD8+T细胞升高更加明显,CDl6+CD56+NK细胞比例下降。CDl9+B细胞比例明显升高。结论检测外周血淋巴细胞亚群对评估EB病毒感染患儿的免疫功能状况、疾病的诊断、严重度及预后判断有重要意义。
Objective To study immunity variations in children infected by Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), and its rela- tions with clinical feature. Methods Expression of CD4, CD8, CD19, CD56 and CD16 on lymphocytes in peripheral blood was measured by flow cytometry in 22 EBV associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (EBV-AHLH) and 46 infection mono- cleosis (IM) and in healthy controls. Results (1)Compared with control, CIM + T ceils and CD19 + B Cells were decreased, CD8 + T cells were increased and no significant difference in CD16 + CD56 + NK cells in IM group, (+) In EBV-AHLH groups, CD4 + T cells were decreased, CD8 + T cells were increased, compared with IM group; CD16 + CD56 + NK cells were decreased and CD19+ B cells were increased compared with control. Conclusion To detect lymphocyte subsets in the peripheral blood of subjects infected by EB virus is of great clinical significance in immune function evaluation, diagnosis and determination of disease seventy.
