摘要
基于光电传感方法,研制了一种数显式频率计来检测CO2气体保护焊焊接过程熔滴短路过渡频率,达到对熔滴短路过渡稳定性进行时时监测,从而实现优化焊接规范参数,减低焊接飞溅产生,提高焊接质量的目的.
Based on photoelectric sense method,a digital cymometer was developed to detect droplet short-circuiting transition frequency during CO2 gas shielded welding process.This instrument can constantly monitor the stability of droplet short-circuit transition for the optimization of welding parameters,reduction of welding spatter and improvement of welding quality.
