吡啶环在农药和医药中发挥了重要作用,卤代吡啶是合成许多药物的重要原料,今年来各种卤代吡啶化合物的合成受到了化学家们的广泛关注。文章介绍了标题化合物的合成方法。以2,3-二氯吡啶为起始原料,经水合肼取代及溴取代两步反应合成了目标化合物,并经MS和1H NMR对其结构进行了表征。本合成路线原料易得、反应时间短、条件温和、操作简便,适合于工业化生产。反应总收率67%。
Pyridine ring in the pesticide and pharmaceutical played an important role in the synthesis of many drugs halopyridine, which was an important raw material. This year, the synthesis of a variety of halogenated pyridine compounds got attentions by chemists. The synthesis of the title compound was described. With 2,3 - dichloro - pyridine as starting material, and bromine - substituted hydrazine hydrate replace two - step target compounds were synthesized, and by MS and 1H NMR and its structure was characterized. The synthetic route had the advantages of readily available raw materials, short reaction time, mild conditions, simple operation, and suitable for industrial production. The total yield was 67%.
