摘要
使用CNTs和炭黑一同复合来改性善环氧树脂的性能,主要考察了固化剂用量、促进剂用量、碳纳米管/炭黑用量、超声时间和稀释剂用量对复合材料的导电性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,加入环氧树脂2%~3%的碳纳米管/炭黑后能显著提升复合材料的导电性能和力学性能,通过多组分复合改性可以得到低成本高性能的环氧树脂材料。
Using CNTs and carbon black composite together can improve the performance of epoxy resin. The influence of electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of the dosage of the curing agent, accelerant, carbon nanotube/carbon black content, ultrasonic time and amount of diluent on composite material were investigated. The results showed that adding epoxy resin 2%-3% carbon nanotube/carbon black can significantly improve the electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of composite materials, low - cost high - performance epoxy resin material could be get through multi -component composite modified.
