摘要
以苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)、聚异丁烯二组分对煤沥青进行物理协同改性,研究了改性沥青的结构及流变性能。通过SEM及流变性能测试表征,研究结果表明:聚异丁烯的加入在一定程度上解决了SBS的离析现象,SBS改性煤沥青的断面平整,但存在离析现象;SBS与聚异丁烯二组分协同改性的煤沥青断面也较平整,结构较均匀,说明改性剂已经与沥青几乎融为一体。SBS与聚异丁烯协同改性煤沥青改善煤沥青的低温粘度,而且增强其弹性。最后得出煤沥青协同改性的最佳比例为4%SBS及4%聚异丁烯。
Coal tar pitch modified by Synergy of SBS and polyisobutene was introduced, and the percent of SBS was 2% and 4%, respectively, while the percent of polyisobutene was kept 4%. It can be seen from the experiment that the addition of polyisobutene could resolve the Segregation phenomenon between SBS and coal tar pitch. The results demonstrated that coal tar pitch modified by Synergy of SBS and polyisobutene not only improved the low - temperature viscosity, but enhanced the elasticity through rheological properties test.
