摘要 捅要:ICP—OES法同时测定钕铁硼样品中的镨、钕、镝、铁、硼、钴、铜、铝、锰、锆、铌、镍、铬、钙、镁、硅、镓、钆、铽、钬共20种元素含量被证明是有效的。对元素分析谱线光谱情况进行考察和研究,选择了合适的分析谱线,优化选择了仪器工作参数和分析条件,进行了加标回收试验和精密度试验,结果表明方法简便、快速、准确,合成试样的回收率为95.80%~105.00%,主成分测定的相对标准偏差小于1%,用于样品分析,结果满意。 The method was established for the simultaneous determination of Pr, Nd, Dy, Fe, B, Co, Cu, A1, Mn, Zr, Nb, Ni, Cr, Ca, Mg, Si, Ga, Gd, Tb and Ho in Nd- Fe -B alloy by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP- OES). Based on the investigation on the element spectrum, appropriate analysis spectral line was selected, instrument action parameter was optimized and tagging recycle tests and precise tests were carried out. Results showed that the method was simple, rapid and accurate. The recoveries for synthetic samples were 95.80% - 105.00% , and the relative standard deviations were less than 1%. The method was applied to the analysis of Nd - Fe - B samples with satisfactory results.
