近三十多年来 ,亚洲发展中国家对农业的开支 ,尽管在占国家总开支的百分比有所下降 ,但其绝对量却在加大 .实践证明 ,政府增加对农业的开支 ,不仅可以保持农产品的供给 ,维持社会经济的稳定 ;而且有助于扩大农产品和加工农产品的出口 ,增加农民的收入和国家的外汇收入 ;同时还有助于逐步消除市场经济和自然经济、发达的城镇经济和落后的农村经济并存的二元格局 .亚洲发展中国家加大对农业的支持带给我们一些宝贵的。

Although the commitment of the government towards agricultural sector in the developing countries in Asia has actually decreased as a proportion of total investment over the past few decades,it has nevertheless expanded in absolute terms and contributed not only to the stable supply of agricultural products but also to the expansion of agricultural export. Meanwhile the increase of government expenditure on agriculture has been helpful for eliminating gradually the coexistent situation of trade economy and subsistence economy,developed urban economy and underdeveloped rural economy. The experiences derived from these countries can be used for reference by our country.
