摘要
搅拌操作是工业反应过程中的重要环节,搅拌混合设备在化学工业中担当着非常重要的角色,优化搅拌设备,提高其自动化、智能化水平对于保证搅拌质量、提高搅拌效率有着重要的现实意义。笔者以十字搅拌器和圆角十字搅拌器为研究对象,采用FLUENT软件对搅拌器进行数值模拟研究,分析其内部流场的流动变化情况。结果如下:(1)十字搅拌器的搅拌非常不均匀,速度变化很大,这对流体搅拌是非常不利的;(2)随着圆角半径增大,搅拌速度减小;(3)当圆角半径增大时,搅拌趋向均匀。

Taking crossing stirrer and rounded stirrer crossing as the subjects, using FLUENT software for numerical simulation of fluid, the internal flow field Changes were analyzed. The results were that crossing stirrer was very uneven and speed varied greatly, which was very mffavorable for fluid mixing. As the fillet radius increased, the stirring rate decreased. And when the corner radius increased, the mixing tended to be uniform.
