热油泵的配管是石化装置中泵配管的重点和难点。本文着重介绍了大型热油泵入口管道的布置问题,对包括管道走向、支架设置等问题进行了比较深入的探讨。另外本文还对涉及泵安全和长期稳定运行的几个设计问题进行了论述。通过本文的工作,希望能对热油泵的配管设计工作提供一定参考。

The piping of large scale hot oil pump was a difficult point in petrochemical project design. A brief introduction of inlet and outlet piping layout was introduced, and the problems such as pipeline direction, support set, etc. were explored in depth. How to operate safely and stably was also discussed. Some individual experience was proposed in the hope of providing reference for hot oil pump piping.
