介绍威顿(中国)化工有限责任公司两套400 kt/a硫磺制酸装置环保节能项目。项目包括:变频泵的大量使用、选用汽机动主风机并进行提效改造、增加HRS系统、优化转化器结构和触媒装填、氨——硫铵法尾吸、熔硫排汽及疏水回收等。现装置每吨标酸电耗<17 kWh、水耗<2.4 t、产汽率1.65 t;装置转化率>99.8%;尾气SO2<50 mg/cN3。建议硫酸装置的设计和建造,综合考虑节能环保项目的同步实施。
