Study on the Teaching Ability Promotion System of Young Teachers

现阶段高校青年教师比例日益增高,青年教师课堂教学能力将影响教育的可持续发展,教育体制改革背景下,提升高校青年教师课堂教学能力刻不容缓。本文从建立导师跟踪指导制度、设立院系跟踪考核项目、设立讲课比赛、开展教学进修、研修项目以及开展教学反思几个方面对提升青年教师教学能力进行了探讨。

The proportion of young teachers in colleges and universitieswas rising nowadays, and the teaching ability of young teachers would influence the sustainable development of education. Under the background of education reform, young teachers teaching capacity was of great urgency. To improve young teachers＇ teaching ability, tracking guidance system was set up to test the track project, the lecture competitions were set up for the study of teaching and research projects and teaching reflection was carried out.
