Improved Preparation of AGP Antigen of Infectious Bursal Diseases Virus and Hyperimmune Serum

使用适应鸡胚成纤维细胞的IBDV血清Ⅰ型来制备IBD琼扩抗原 .将此细胞毒经PEG沉淀 ,取沉淀透析、灭活即为IBD琼扩抗原 .经琼扩试验和对流免疫电泳试验 ,表明所制抗原和高免血清的特异性、效价、敏感性及 2 0份待检鸡血清的检测结果与标准抗原和标准血清的基本一致 .且此制备方法简单、快速、安全 。

Serotype I of IBDV adapted to chicken embryo fibroblasts was used for the preparation of agar gel precipitation(AGP) antigen. This virus was precipitated by PEG. The sediment was dialysised, inactivated, and IBD AGP antigen was it. The assay of its specificity, sensitivity, titre and twenty sample of chick serum by AGP and convection immunoelectrophoresis was consistent with that of IBD standard antigen and serum. The above way of preparation of IBD AGP antigen is popularizing for it is rapid, simple and safe.
