异位胃黏膜显像在小儿下消化道出血诊断中的应用价值

目的:研究99mTcO4-异位胃黏膜显像在小儿下消化道出血诊断中的应用价值。方法:对25例下消化道出血的小儿患者进行99mTcO4-异位胃黏膜显像检查,并参照临床最终的结果对显像检查资料进行评价分析。结果:25例患者中显像阳性9例,占36%,包括全部显像阳性和5例显像阴性患者总共14例进行了手术,证实7例为Meckel's憩室,影像特征呈小圆形或类圆形异常浓聚灶,常位于右下腹或脐周围,位置固定,其中1例Meckel's憩室显像呈假阴性;小肠重复畸形2例,影像特征呈肠袢形或大团块状异常浓聚灶,不规则。1例显像呈假阳性,手术证实为小肠息肉。结论:99mTcO4-异位胃黏膜显像对小儿下消化道出血具有很高的诊断价值,该方法简单、无创、准确性高,是临床诊断小儿下消化道出血的一种高效、可行的检查方法。

Condusion： Ectopic gastric mucosa imaging 99mTcO4- in pediatric patients with lower gastrointestinal bleeding has high diagnostic value, The method is simple, non-invasive and have high accuracy, An efficient,is an efficient feasible test method of Clinical diag- nosis in Pediatric Patients with lower gastrointestinal bleeding.
