摘要 目的:探讨婴儿迟发性维生素K缺乏性颅内出血的CT表现及并发症。方法:收集我院2011-2013年25例明确诊断维生素K缺乏的婴儿头颅CT资料进行回顾性分析。结果:25例患儿均有颅内出血,其中蛛网膜下腔出血21例,颅内血肿6例,硬膜下血肿3例;脑室血肿2例。结论:CT检查可以确诊本病,并可确定出血部位与范围,能发现脑梗死等严重并发症,是临床早期诊断、合理治疗、减少病死率与后遗症发生率的重要检查手段。 Objective: To discuss CT findings and complications of infantile intracranial hemorrhage caused by delayed vi- tamin K deficiency. Methods: The CT findings of 25 cases diagnosed with vitamin K deficiency which collected from dongguan Tangxia Hospital during 2011 -2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 25 babies all had intracranial hemorrhage(21 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage, 6 cases of intracranial hematoma, 3 cases of subdural hematoma, 2 cases of intraventricular hematoma ). Conclusion:CT examination can diagnose the disease, can determine the hemor- rhage site and range, and can find serious complications such as cerebral infarction. Itg an important examination for ear- ly clinical diagnosis, reasonable treatment to reduce mortality and the incidence of sequelae.
