试论我国企业集团的发展途径

A dissertation about the ways of development of our country's enterprise group

围绕江泽民总书记在十五大报告中关于发展我国企业集团的谈话精神 ,联系我国企业集团的发展现状 ,借鉴国内外成功企业集团发展的实践经验 ,指出我国企业集团发展的途径 :以资产为纽带 ,从内部强化企业集团 ;通过市场关联来组建企业集团 ;组织好企业集团的跨行业生产经营 ;加强跨地区、跨所有制经营 ;拓展跨国经营 ;从资产经营的开展、全面质量管理的实行、技术创新的加快三方面来提高企业经济实力。

This paper points out the six ways of developing our country's enterprise groups, centring on the chapter about development of enterprise groups in the general secretary of Jiang's report at the 15th National People's congress, contacting with the status of enterprise groups of our country, using the experiences of civil and foreign successful enterprise groups for reference.These ways are:1.Intensify enterprise groups from inside, linking assets;2.Form enterprise groups with market bonds;3.Organize diversification 4.Consolidate transregional, transowner ship managment; 5.Expand transnational operation;6.Improve economic strength of enterprises by the launch of assets engagment, implement of total quality mangement and quickening technological innovation.
