摘要
对常减压装置加工高硫高酸原油的设备进行腐蚀评估,从工艺和设备防腐两方面提出预防措施,通过人工定点测厚、在线腐蚀检测和定点测厚等手段预知设备的腐蚀情况,保障装置安全运行。
The corrosion evaluation on equipments of atmospheric and vacuum unit processing high-sulfur and high acid crude oil is conducted and the precau- tionary measures are proposed from processing and equipment corrosion prevention. To guarantee the safe operation of units by foreseeing the corrosion of the units through artificial thickness measuring at the fixed point, online corrosion detection and thickness measuring at the fixed point.
