摘要
圆中环沉沙排沙过滤池是一种新型的浑水沉沙、排沙、过滤装置,为水沙分离提供了另一种新的思路。通过新疆呼图壁城镇工业供水工程圆中环沉沙排沙过滤池的物理模型试验,初步探明了其沉沙、排沙和过滤的机理。沿圆环周边布置的过流孔可降低池内流速至0.03m/s,形成水流相对比较稳定的区域分离泥沙;倒锥形沉沙池对粒径为0.16mm以上的泥沙沉降率达100%,对粒径为0.075mm以上的泥沙沉降率达82.4%;沉沙池排沙时采用间歇式冲沙,排出的沙量占池内总淤积量的95%;环形布置的过滤槽滤水层可单个依次冲洗,保证连续供水,反冲洗可排出的沙量占槽内总淤积量的83%。与常规水沙分离装置相比,这种新型的装置扩大了泥沙处理的粒径范围,实现了节能减排,环保性处理泥沙的目标。
Circular ring sediment desihing filter is a new type of desilfing and filtrating device that uses new method for water-sand separation. This paper discusses its mechanism of sediment settling, transport and filtering, based on physical model tests for the urban and industrial water supply project of Hutubi town of Xinjiang. The test results show that the draining holes on the ring wall reduce the flow velocity to 0. 03m/s, a good condition for sediment settling. The inverted cone settling basin produces a high deposition efficiency, 100% for the particles of diameters exceeding 0. 16mm and 82.4% for diameters below 0. 075ram. Through intermittent sediment flushing adopted in basin operation, 95% of the total deposition volume can be removed, and the circular layout of filter tanks makes it possible to flush them in one by one manner so as to ensure a continuous water supply for flushing. The baekwashing can remove 83% of the deposit volume left. Relative to normal filter, the new circular ring device can widen its desilting range of sediment grain sizes and be advantageous in energy-saving and emission-reduction.
