高等教育回报与农村父母养老意愿——基于代际关系视域下的考察

Reward of Advanced Education and Rural Parents' Willingness for Old-age Support: An Investigation on the Basis of Relation between Generations

文章通过对广东54个农村社区中有子女大学毕业后在城市工作的农村父母的问卷调查,探讨来自子女的高等教育回报和农村父母的养老意愿。研究发现,农村子女大学毕业后在经济和精神慰藉方面能给予农村父母不同层次的回报,但是,毕业年限不长的子女因工资待遇较低影响了对农村父母的经济回报。研究也发现,农村父母表现出有随子女到城市养老的较强意愿。因此,应逐步建构以家庭为单位的城乡一体化社会保障福利政策,重视农村大学生工作后的"在职贫穷"问题,从远距离照料和异地养老两个方面关注农村父母的养老问题。

Based on the questionare of rural parents from the paper discusses how much rural parents could get from the ingness for old-age support. The interviewees are children who 54 villages or communities of Guangdong province, advanced education of their children and their will-have graduated from universities and work in cities. The results show that children could give different material or mental reward to their rural parents after graduation, but those graduates working for a short time may give little material reward to their parents because of their low reve- nue. The research also shows that rural parents are intensively willing to live with their children and get old-age support in cities. So the paper suggests making policy of social security benefits with urban and rural integration based on the family unit, and paying attention to the in-service poverty of the rural college graduates, and the rural parents＇ old-age support from either far-distance or allopatry.
