摘要
过去20年里,很多企业都在走具有中国特色的"模仿创新道路"。而今,这条道路愈发难走,成功的概率越来越低,有些企业甚至陷入"模仿陷阱",消失在商海中。如何使模仿创新战略更有效地实施成为一个亟待探索的问题。文章在前人"一对一"(同行业中一个企业对另一个企业的模仿)常规模仿路径的基础上提出"一对多"(一个企业对行业内甚至行业外多个企业的模仿)的路径模型,归纳总结出模仿创新的三大原则(是否模仿、何时模仿、如何模仿),并制定出了一套较为科学完整的实施提升方案——模仿创新6步骤,这有利于企业实践者对模仿创新有较为系统的了解,将"模仿"和"创新"结合起来,打造"模仿创新"优势,为公司取得核心竞争优势打下基础。
Over the past two decades, many companies have taken the "imitation innovation way" with Chi-nese characteristics. Now, this way becomes very difficult to take. The probability of success becomes smaller and smaller. Some companies even jumped into the " imitation trap", and disappeared in the business. Based on the pattern of "one-to-one" (mainly referring to one enterprise imitating another in the same industry), the pattern of "one -to -many" (referring to one enterprise imitating more than one another, which may he in same industry or not) is proposed. This paper summarizes three principles of the imitation innovation ( whether to imitate, when to imitate and how to imitate) , and works out a set of more scientific and complete implementation projects six steps of scheme - imitation innovation. They are helpful for enterprise practitioners to obtain a systematic under- standing of imitation innovation, combine "imitation" and "innovation", shape the imitation innovation advantage, and lay a core and competitive foundation for the company.
